Eligibility for members is determined by your organization. Dialogue does not restrict or validate who you add to the portal.
Common eligible groups include:
- Full-time and part-time employees
- Employees on sick leave or parental leave
- Retired employees, if your plan allows
- Contract or seasonal workers, according to your plan terms
Family members
Spouse or partner: Eligible under plans that include family access.
Children and dependants:
- Under age 14: They cannot consult independently. Parents or guardians can use their own accounts for parental coaching or navigation support. A specific Youth Therapy program may offer therapy to preteens aged 11 to 13 with parental consent.
- Ages 14 to 21: Eligible, but they must use their own separate Dialogue accounts.
- Ages 22 to 25, or 26 for Primary Care: Eligible as dependants if they are unmarried full-time students who live in the same household or near their university or school.
If someone is listed as Active in the admin portal, they can access Dialogue services. For questions about a specific group, contact clients@dialogue.co.
