Utilization reports show aggregate usage data across your employee population, including consultation volume, service breakdown, and similar metrics.
You can request a utilization report through your admin portal by clicking the Reporting tab on the left-hand side of the navigation bar, then selecting Request a report.
If you cannot access the admin portal, or if you need support with your request, email: clients@dialogue.co
